Grandpa's Visit! (+ Homemade Banner)

We were happy to host Grandpa R. at our home last weekend! The BYU football team cooperated to score a win (finally!) with three generations of Robertson men cheering them on to victory.
Justin was all smiles for his grandpa -- very sweet. A weekend of Grandpa R. + football + Bocce +Thai cuisine + San Fran sight-seeing + homemade Oreo cookies (thanks for the recipe, Emily!) = a great time! Great seeing you, Dad!

And Heather ...
Here's the banner I was bragging about. Heehee! I found the how-to on a creative blog. Made a Michael's run. Picked up some scrapbook paper (autumn colors), glue dots or raised adhesive squares, a circle cutter, ribbon. And well, looks fun and was fun -- and easy -- to make. I've already decided that we're making a Christmas one together. Ready or not! ;)

  2. Super cute! I've never actually made one of those...you may have inspired me! ;-) Love it! If Heather sees that, she'll want to steal it to decorate mom's house for Halloween!

  3. Justin is growing up so fast before our very blog viewing! Great to see the 3 generations of Robertson guys, but need a photo of the Mom next time.
The banner adds a fun touch to the "Trick or Treat" month.
